I was very pleased when I saw the package.The wardrobe was so well packed and clean and when I opened the pack I was pleasantly surprised to see the colour, it was exactly as described on the site and I liked it. Putting it together was challenging but I did it. Nevertheless, I had to reluctantly return this wardrobe because I could not make it stand on its own after putting the doors on.It's seems that the doors were heavier than the main frame. This is when you know if a company has a good customers service. I contacted the company and without any problems the return went well. I want to take this opportunity to thank the sales assistant, Claire, who dealt with the return of the wardrobe, for her politeness and professionalism. I hope she does not mind me writing her name in my review.There is no doubt, I will definitely shop with this company again, because to me and maybe to many others I believe that provision of a good customer service is how a company resolve problems.The 2 star is for the wardrobe but I would give 4 star to the way the company kept in touch with me during the return of the wardrobe.

Honestly, you'd be better off buying a load of mdf and building your own. The instructions are almost non-existent, the screws are the wrong size and you have to drill in a lot of the holes yourself. The wardrobe is backless, which the pictures don't make clear, so it's unstable and sways to one side; we've had to prop ours up with other furniture just to ensure it stays upright. The hanging bar is rubbish and even after adding some extra screws, glue and duct tape I'm not convinced it's going to hold. It's cheap, but I wish we'd paid double the price and not had the hassle.
