Missing part so wardrobe half built. I have tried and tried to get the part which supports the whole wardrobe and all they say is they will try to order it but that I have to understand that it could be hard to get. I asked to return it but as I don't have the packaging they said it could. Only be returned if it is fully packed. They refuse to tell me when if ever they will send the missing part.
