While the product was of reasonable standard on unpacking the side of one of the chest of drawers was damaged by two unsightly scratches. I emailed photographs of the damage and the packaging which was undamaged, that seems to point it to being scratched prior to packing. The seller did acknowledge the part was defective and promised to send a replacement part.. then promised again and again then ignored the promise to rectify the faulty...

The product looks lovely, and fits the room perfectly, however, as it is made of chip board, it is not very strong. The support bar for the back of the chest of draws was already cracked down the centre, which we decided to let go as it would be unseen, and only 6 weeks later, all the bottoms of the draws have fallen through and are now useless. Kinda frightened to move the wardrobes, as they are very flimsy, and feel they will fall apart at the slightest touch, and that is with all of the clothes removed. So not happy, trying to contact seller as we speak. As we will be looking for a refund, as new items will need to be purchased.
