I don't know where to begin... The first wardrobe we received was left outside, in a box that was soaking wet and which had practically disintegrated. We didn't need to open what was left of the package to see that the wardrobe was damaged; the sides were scuffed, the corners were chipped, the drawer casements were cracked and the whole thing wasn't fit for purpose. We contacted Amazon who happily offered us a replacement. We figured that the second wardrobe must be better than the first, it simply had to be, but how wrong we were! The weather was fine on the day of delivery and i waited in person to collect it, so as to avoid any additional damage... The knock at the door came and there stood a cheery chap, with what could only be described as a big piece of shrink wrap! This item had seen a fair few warehouses, a number of different vans and a fair few pairs of careless hands. A very embarrassed delivery driver explained that this is how he received it and i could refuse delivery is i wanted. Being positive i thought i might be able to make one decent wardrobe out of the two i now had in my possession... Now this is without a word of a lie, out of all the panels only two were unmarked and usable and a wardrobe with one drawer and one side panel isn't much use. We were totally disgusted with the whole product (even though it was never assembled, flimsy would be a good description), packaging and delivery process... & we haven't reached the return procedure yet... Oh dear, oh dear, what a frustrating shambles that was, i can't bring myself to tell you the story or i'll end up back with the therapist!!! I joke, but would say Amazon are excellent for most things, but furniture, ermmm, definitely not... Sorry! P.S. I had to give this item one star, because it wouldn't let me leave my feedback without one, so please disregard the 1 star rating... This item receives a big fat zero!!!

After reading other customers negative feedback on missing parts for this robe I decided to go ahead and order as thought Amazon would have sorted the problems out!!! NOPE like the rest the customers I only received half the robe the doors, sides back panels & handles never arrived. I was asked to take the box to the P.O. to return it Given that I am a pensioner and frail and the box weighs a ton at least How am I expected to even move it let alone lift it and carry it all the way downstairs and a half mile walk to the P.O ???? They must be joking *surely* I am waiting to hear from Amazon to see what is to happen Hopefully they will sort this out...I will leave further feedback to let you all know how I got on
